Dreamweaver? Frontpage? NVU? Kompozer?

You recently talked about the option of using Front Page or

Dreamweaver to create good web pages.

I need to decide which one to start using.

Between the two, I’d definitely recommend Dreamweaver, but it’s not cheap and it does have a learning curve. (Doesn’t everything? *sigh*)

You’ve got a very simple website, and if you’re going to keep it simple, I’d first suggest you try a free program, Kompozer first, it should do the trick. It’s well reviewed on Download.com and is an upgrade to NVU, which is a previous version I’ve checked out.

Kompozer/NVU is probably easier to learn, if anything, because it doesn’t have as many options to confuse you.

The alternative is to build your website with blog software like WordPress (which is what this website is built on), but that has its own learning curve.

I keep meaning to create some training videos to show how to set up WordPress, I’ll get around to it one of these days. Hope that helps!
